Our crystal conchos and buckles are handcrafted with SWAROVSKI® Crystals and are backed by a Limited Lifetime Crystal Replacement Guarantee. This warranty covers crystal replacement only and does not cover the concho, buckle, normal wear, misuse, or loss.
To maintain brilliance, wipe horse sweat and moisture from horse tack conchos after each use.
Important: We are not responsible for lost conchos. To help prevent conchos and hardware from loosening during use, apply a small drop of nail polish to the threads of each chamber. This simple step helps secure the hardware and reduce the risk of loss.
