Very satisfied with the product and very satisfied with the customer service , i have purchased multiple collars for my dogs in the past five years and I get so many compliments on them they're unique and they're awesome quality and very beautiful they're the only kind of collar I want to put on my dogs very classy . I have also purchased some for dog rescue benefits because I think they are very special collars I really have nothing negative to say about them the product or the service it's top notch
