I LOVE your product and this is the second time I have “decorated “ my bridle and breast collar. My problem is the screws are only threading in 1 turn and won’t screw in all the way. I have tried several different concho and screw combinations and have not been able to tightly attach the conchos. I’m not sure what to do?
