Besides loving the 5 scarfs I ordered, I got a call less than a week before Christmas from someone from the company. She told me that one of the scarfs I had ordered was no longer in stock. She asked me to look at a couple others and choose one of them instead. I did and she told me she would personally go to the post office & mail it to me that day. I got my scarfs 3 days before Christmas. Love them & her personal care .
